Probably not because pluto was discovered in 1930 and the philosopher wasnt even alive for one and the planet wasnt named after him it was named after a Greek God.

The philosopher's name is PlAto, not PlUto. Pluto was the Roman name for Hades, lord of the Underworld. Plato never had a planet, but he does have a rather interesting theory of Utopia.
