  • My experience of yoga is pretty limited, but what I have done is very relaxing- and a lot of work at the same time! We used a "sun salutation" for warm-ups in a stage combat class. I do recommend it, as long as you can avoid some of the more mystical areas and concentrate on the very good muscle stretching techniques. Try out local hospitals- at least in many of the areas here, there are free or very cheap yoga classes offered through area clinics and hospitals.
  • i watched it on tv early thursday morning...(yeah, its already friday for me) and i almost got outta bed to try it. then i changed the channel and sportscenter was on. but i saw the backdog (i think thats what its called) and some other moves, then got bored. almost did the deed, but sportscenter was on.
  • I used to do this 'limited' yoga too. It helped me in the depression. Made me kinda happier. It is said that if the heavier yoga is done and stoped later, some side effects may occur but this limited yoga doesn't do that. it's also called 'hatha yoga' in some languages
