My grannie used to say if a bird hit your window or flew in your house it meant someone in the house would die....don't know how much truth is in it though!!

Just to let you know that I had a bird sitting inside my front window one day and exactly 1 month after my 3 children's dad died... I truly believe that birds and death are associated.

These are the two I have heard of: A bird in the house is a sign of a death. If a robin flies into a room through a window, death will shortly follow.
