  • There are a couple of exercises that you can do. First you can do some hammer curls. Second you can do some wrist curls.
  • for the most part any bicep exercise will help pull ups tricep dips these should help
  • instead of watering the garden with a hose, fill 10litre buckets and carry them from the hose to each plant. It's been working for me since water restrictions in Sydney!
