There are a couple of exercises that you can do. First you can do some hammer curls. Second you can do some wrist curls.

for the most part any bicep exercise will help pull ups tricep dips these should help

instead of watering the garden with a hose, fill 10litre buckets and carry them from the hose to each plant. It's been working for me since water restrictions in Sydney!
