Where can I buy a 7″ (seven-inch) basketball? I have one of those electronic basketball games (like at the arcade) and one of the balls has a leak.

If not the High School Musical Basket ball from Disney is 7".

I just bought some at Target before Christmas. And I am sure some of teh sports stores would have those as well! Good luck!
