lost weight on the holiday. not on purpose, it just happened. only a few pounds. I'm sort of on a diet. I try to limit my candy intake.
I'm a Lifetime Weight Watcher member, and just got to a personal goal of 80lbs gone the weekend before Christmas. I put on about 5-6lbs over the holiday, so just a little bit to get rid of, thankfully!
I totally am... well more going back to the gym then anything else but mine seems not to have stemmed from the holidays but from moving... I was in the city where I walked alot as well as went to the gym to the country where you need to drive to get anywhere. I just found a gym near my work I liked this week so am finally going back! YAY me!!!
I don't diet. I just try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am happy to say I did not gain any weight during the holiday season. I did not lose any more weight, and I had been losing, but I didn't gain. I'll take it, as I have gained the past 2-3 years during the holidays.
