If your baby is spitting up after feeding, remember that although it may seem as though she is throwing up more than she took in...it only looks that way. My family friend had the same problem.

Are you breast feeding or formula feeding? If you're breast feeding I would chart your diet and see if anything your eating is irritating her. If your formula feeding, its more then likely she has reflux. Talk to her pediatrician. If this is the case he can recommend a different formula. Which would probaly be either Enfamil AR or Similac AR. It costs twice as much, but has a thickening agent that can prevent it from coming back up. I might also be that she is consuming too much at once. But with it being 4 hours later, I'm going to say its reflux.

it could be acid reflex. Ask your doctor to check her G.I. track.The baby may need a milk change or some medication.
