I have a 1999 toyota corolla w/a new battery/left dome light on/jump the car/..turn off car..cut bck on..not starting..autozone checked alternator..says its fine/could it be the starter? Don't if its the battery, bcs it's new

take the bulb out from the left dome light. if it doesn't have any problems then it is in the wiring for the dome light. if not. then a short somewhere in the system. pre relays
