  • If you've been sending her mail and calling her im sure the lawyers would be able to have someone representing you go over there.
  • Did you take down her license info? Have her served at the address on her license.
  • Have you gone to your state's public records website? More than likely she received a ticket and possibly other violations as well. Her information would be stored and available for other citizens to view.
  • I took down her lic. number and information. I was also given a copy of her Vehicle Registration card. However, my lawyer has stated that he can not pursue anything further with her because she won't answer letters or phone calls. I have been instructed to take the case into my own hands, and go after her myself. I've checked public records, and she has had an accident since then (my accident isn't even on her record for some reason). Is going to the Court House myself the ONLY option that I have?
