Is there anyway to ask a member of AB a direct question? Without making it a group question? Some sort of messaging or chat mode?

... just the comments ... find a question that the AB member has answered and put your question to them in a comment ... Some of us actually have an email address in our profiles, so we may be contacted outside of the Bag.

It may be easier to ask them in a comment thread. It is not normal policy to put users names in questions unless it is a Congratulations or a Birthday Greeting.
