  • I think this page might be of some help. You need a hotel at The Rocks or Circular Quay, as they are right beside the bridge.http://www.sydney.visitorsbureau.com.au/page3-01.html Here is a good page too: http://travel.timesonline.co.uk/tol/life_and_style/travel/your_say/article3065063.ece hope you find something. (of course those hotels are not cheap, because of where they are)
  • try park hyatt sydney, depending on how much money ou can spend, prices start form $1000 per night, and the min night stay is between 5-6 (I know because i used to work there for 5 yrs) - you get a pretty good view of the fireworks, but you need to get the right room type - don't go for a park view, they're the shitty rooms, go for opera or harbour and opera deluxe rooms. they also have a function on the roof top, which is right next to the bridge, so you will have the most amazing view ever, I went up there a few times to watch it, and it was out of this world!! Something you will never forget.
  • Heya I would reccommend the "Harbourview" in North Sydney. The bridge is right infront of you Check it out here http://www.viewhotels.com.au/hp_hv.asp I have always liked driving down to the water and being able to park and look at the bridge and the city. When friends have come over to Australia from overseas i take them to Blue's Point. ;o) Hope this helps
