  • Its just your stomach-dont pay attention to it--you may feel hungry but you are not. Drink a glass a water and it will pass.
  • Yes, as it turns out we can train our bodies :) I was eating 3 solid meals a day, I cut back to 2, now i only need 1. I find that the body 'pigs out' if it can. I thought I would be constantly hungry, but instead i've just not felt the need to eat.
