A) Is it cold outside? (Like...-25C cold?) If it is, and you have summer fluid, it could be frozen. Take the vehicle to a warm area, let it sit, and purge the summer fluid, replacing with winter fluid. B) Is there any sound at all when you press the spray button? If there is then you may have a clog in the line or the aforementioned frozen fluid. If not, then your washer fluid pump may be broken. You don't say the year, make, or model so I can't suggest where to find the cheapest parts, but those pumps are generally cheap. Hope this helps, Good luck
