I have a 87 T.B.I. it has 142,000 on it ,all new sensors-except O2. will not idle must give gas to start ,never runs good,no power,runs rich

Could be computer issue, fuel pump or filter, maybe a couple other things. What kind of car do you have? Some cars have specific issues (GMC's went through serious issues with in-tank fuel pumps where GMC was doing replacements well after warranties expired).
