I'm not usually too scary, but after I saw it, I got up and locked my door. I thought he did a good job of playing the role.

Brave acting on Bales part. That movie could have made or broken him. He was very believable as a sexually perverted yuppy psycopath though. But creepy...

VERY gruesome and sinister movie, but it doesn't hold a candle to the book. It's creepy and horrifying in the same way as 'A Clockwork Orange', to me. Though totally different movies, both disturb me at both the psychological and visceral levels.

It scared the hell out of me and proved just how real normal looking people can be mentally disturbed beyond belief.

Not a bad movie. He plays a pretty convincing psycho. I have seen too many horror movies in my time to loose sleep over this one though. Just me though. I've forgotten more horror movies I've seen than most people have in their whole lives.

It's one of my favorite movies. I have an odd sense of humor and this flick cracks me up. It probably has some of the best movie quotes ever. That one person was right though. It's no where near as crazy as the book. He kills a child, cuts vaginas from women. Yeah. I have had many talks with friends about the movie/book and I'm pretty convinced he doesn't kill all those people...

I think the book was probably much better than the movie. The story line was not that rich and left a lot to the imagination.

I didn't see what the big deal was with the movie. Personally, I found it to be a little on the boring side.

My take on it is if I can still get hot over a man who just killed a woman and is running around with her blood all over him and I would STILL go home with him even in that state... You know he is HOT!

That only Christian Bale can look fabulous soaked in the blood of a hooker. "Don't stare at it Sabrina, eat it!"
