Usually any site with actual user reviews like NewEgg, Amazon, etc. Gaming and other magazines are far from impartial, subjective reviewers (a game developer I know mentioned that one magazine told them they'd give high marks in product reviews in exchange for a payoff). While it's entirely possible user reviews are those of schills working for the manufacturer, there are many more reviews to look at and it gets easier to spot the true user reviews from the ones that can't stop extolling the virtues of a particular product which others have had "special" problems with.
