Maybe the headphone broken,or the sound not turned up?!

It's not the headphone and the sound is turned up. I'm suspecting the logic board.

There is likely no "fix", short of sending the ipod to Apple for replacement, either under warranty for $30 or out of warranty for more $, depending on the model. Here is a link to others experiencing the same problem. It is apparently a hardware issue, common, and known to Apple. http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1095417&tstart=0
