  • It is mostly processed goo. I usually rinse my beans of all that canned bean goo and the bean flavor comes out so much better in my recipes. It's closer to using dried cooked beans.
  • There would be a small amount, mostly protein and carbs. There may be some fibre and vitamins left but I honestly think the amount would be negligible due to the water content and the effects of canning.
