Those kids are childish, and the teacher needs to pay more attention..that's what I think.

What do I think about this? I think those students are immature and need to be disciplined. If the teacher just stands there and does nothing, you should bring it to the attention of the VP and include the students names that were throwing the ice cubes as well as the teacher's behaviour. If you don't want to get your teacher in trouble, you can always go up to your teacher and talk to him about it before or after class. If he doesn't do anything about it, then you still have the option of telling the VP. I know it might sound like a really mean thing to do, but you wouldn't be doing it for yourself, you would be doing it for the safety of others. Think about it that way. You're not a snitch. They know better. It's their fault. Not yours.

An ice cube is like a rock. If the teacher didn't notice, someone should have waked him up, and he should have made a brief announcement calling the kids' attention to the danger and that he didn't want anyone liable for an accident. Then he should have dropped by the table of the next (f it happens) offender and had a chat about maturity and what you normally expect in the way of interests in someone who has fifteen or more years of experience in the world. If all hell breaks loose when he's doing this they need to sort out the students who'd be better off not having to attend high school. If you think I am too rough on kids, please comment! I've been accused of that before. :)

I guess its better to be ice cubes, rather than bullits. What ever happened to good old food fights?
