  • It is highly unlikely. Jobs may say that having a criminal background does not disqualify you from a job but I guarantee that if somebody walked in with less experience but no criminal background they would be more likely to get the job. Nearly all jobs do background checks these days. EDIT: Also I know that here in Florida you cannot even obtain any form of a nursing license with a felony on your record. Im not sure if that varies from state to state
