Do I have to be a locksmith to own my own lock picking tools?

    That depends a great deal on where you live.
    Be sure to check with the local authorities.
    Some places consider lock pick sets to be possession of burglary tools.

    K checkin your profile (your close to me) u do not have to be a lock smith, but you do need to have a license just like having an unlock kit for a vehicle you need to have a license. You can go to your local police station to get a license. If you are still unsure give em a call.
