  • Not safely. You really shouldn't lose more than 2-3 lbs. a week.
  • it can be done but you will feel really awful, your hair will fall out and you won't have the energy to do anything so why do it? I lost 70+ pounds in around 40-50 days and it was horrible. And it comes galloping back really fast. It's not the way to lose weight. it is wasted time and effort and can really hurt you physically. My metabolism has never been the same.
  • This is too fast and therefore dangerous. You would almost be starving yourself...and you'd be messing with your metabolism, your blood sugar, your liver....A healthy amount is 2lbs a week. You can lose 3 or 4 some weeks with extra exercise and less food, but not every week.
  • no, you probably wouldn't survive it...I'm serious.
  • Cut your legs off. lol
  • It's highly unlikely that you would be sucessful, frankly it's damn near impossible and if you do succeed the health implications would be astronomical. There is a good chance that you could kill yourself to reach such an unattainable goal.
  • alright...lokk....i am 14yrs old and i almost weigh 200lbs!!! i dont want people to make fun of me anymore....what do u guys suggest me to do...i am going to NY for easter and i want to surprise my family...what should i do that is hewalthy but makes it more than 4 lbs a week
  • First, the body is not prepared to lose that kind of weight in that amount of time. Secondly, your organs will respond negatively. A friend of mine lost 100 pounts in 5 months and lost her gall bladder as a result. I understand being fat is not fun, but neither is the feeling of failure of trying to do it too quickly and too unhealthily.
  • I think it is possible, but I don't recommend it. That is not healthy. It should take you roughly 10-12 months to lose that much weight.
  • I'm almost 14. I weigh 230lbs. I would really like to do this too. But in like 30 weeks which is about 90 days. I don't care if it is healthy or not. I am not going into high so i can be called a fatass! I want guys to notice me!
  • Well, I am in the process of losing a large amount of weight durrently. I did lose 71.1 lbs. in 98 dAYS (5/13/08-8/18/08). i was 363.3 lbs. when I began so losing a large amount was a lot easier than it would be for most. I respectfully disagree with the responders who claimed you would feel bad & not have energy. I feel the exact opposite. I am a new person. I was a college athlete (basketball) @ 6-0 170 lbs. Over the last 14 years I had ballooned up to 363. I am currently 292.2 and I still have along way to go, but 70 lbs. in 100 days is attainable with a proper eating plan & workout regimen. I have not taken any medicine or had any procedures doe at all. Simply will power. Good luck in your quest.
