I don't have a quality answer for you... It IS New Year's Eve after all, perhaps someone spiked the egg nog at the staff party. I have also heard that they are training new interns, perhaps they are still learning the ins and outs...or they smoke crack for fun. Either way, this nonesense gave me a giggle ;)
