Not anymore. As a teen, healthy eating and exercise could have helped. However, heredity has a lot to do with your adult size, so diet and exercise may have only contributed an extra inch or two.

My older brother (age 30) eats healthy foods and excercises and he kept growing taller until he was about 24. But my younger brother (age 25) stopped growing taller at around 19 though he eats healthy and excercises, too. I think it is really a matter of what your own DNA/genetics have predipositioned for you.

I think a stretching and flexibility program might help, not really to grow but to look taller. I know people who swear they became an inch or two taller after doing regular stretching routines or yoga classes for a while. Maybe it's the posture that looks better, and maybe it really does decompress the limbs and spine a little- all I know is you look taller. Plus stretching is great for you anyway!

I have known my yoga students to have increased their height through yoga. Due to strong lengthening of the spine and developing muscles which hold the spine long. If your posture is stooped, shoulders rounded and spine contracted then there is a positive chance to increase height through yoga. Foods that help the spine and nervous system that govern the spine, assist it to stay stong and healthy and give the ability to stand up tall and strong are Minerals, found in Seaweeds, Miso soup, seasalt.

The simple answer is that there is nothing that will increase your height once your long bones have stopped growing. Stretching, and some yoga excercises may have some very temporary effect, but even here we are talking about fractions of an inch. This is why all the websites that advertise that you can increase your height are really trying to sell built-up shoes! Biscuitbum.

I don't think so dude.
-
Nope.

You can improve your posture, which can give the illusion, but you can't actually get taller. Learn to be happy about who you are.
-
Don't know about height, but you're certainly get wider!
-
Most ulikely. At 22, most of your growth spurts have been used.

Nope...but try "The Rack"

There is. Look up the Adding Height program online. It is a basic program that is easy to follow. It does recommend that you take these herbal pills to see faster results but not necessary. The program will tell you what forms of stretches and execises will help increase your height. Now because of your age it may take longer, but if you stick with the program, youll see results. Im only 18 and have been doing it for 3 months. I used to be 5'6, and i added 4 inches. You are not gonna see immediate results, its something you got to stick to.

If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and i am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. From my experience what worked on me : 1. Eat lots of Broccoli. 2. Eat at least 250gr yougurt every day. 3. Regular Swimming helps. 4. Sleep without pillows, and sleep at least 8 hrs daily. 5. Super-Growth works http://www.super-growth.com – http://www.super-growth.org 6. Use an inversion table for 20- 30 minutes every day. Follow the tips above and you’ll grow a few inches taller regardless of your age.

I heard that Pilates can do it, but I tried and the exercises never made me feel any taller. You can, of course, try to make yourself look taller by wearing high-heeled boots and maintaining good posture. The best thing you can do is to learn to accept and work with your height instead of working against it. Being short can be annoying because society isn't set up to accomodate the vertically challenged, but you can learn to think positively about your height. For instance, I like to say that I'm "fun sized".

You should have asked this question when you were 15.
-
I doubt it. Your height is pretty well determined by your mid teens. +5

I think several things can cause height growth. It can be hereditary, stress levels, eating healthy, exercise, taking care of your body. I would say pass 20 and you haven't grown in the last year. You are kind of stuck. Also why would you want to? Should be happy with the height you have. Possible to create problems later on at that age.
