when you say be with i take it you mean as in adult meaningful then yes it is 1 is an adult and the other a child

No, it is not right. There is nothing wrong with it per se but both children would be better off in relationships with someone their own age.

This reminds me of when I was thirteen myself, a few of the girls in my class where talking about how old their boyfriends were, one had a 21 year old boyfriend, and later left school after she got pregnant by him, at 13! and the others was 20 years old. All I would say is that if it doesn't seem wierd between the two of you and that you are both comfortable and feel no pressure in your relationship then it is fine. It just seems like such a difference because you are both young. After all, there are plenty of 20 year olds whose partners are 23.
