Is it possible to replace the flashers on a 1997 GMC Jimmy 4x4 without taking off the bottom of the dash?

i recently ran into the same problem, yes it is but you have to remove some of the screws that hold the upper kick panel in place they should be 3 or 4 torx heads and 2 or 3 7 or 8 millimeter bolts that need to be removed and then by lightly prying the piece down you should be able to see them right around the area of the ciggarette lighter.
