Interesting timing on your question. I got Artichokes and Asparagus at the store today. I steamed the Artichokes for lunch and my wife ate both of them. Guess I'm out of luck! I love artichokes.

Can't pick between them. I've grown both because I love them so much. For any meal in the day, they are great!
