I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 3.0L V6. The blower motor resistor connector has melted to the blower motor resistor. I was wondering how hard it is to rewire the connector and what that entails.

Your best bet would to get another connector with as much wire as possible from a scrap yard and splice the new connector onto the existing wires. Twist solder and shrink tube all connections. You wouldn't want to use any kind of crimp on connectors or splices because they will fail quickly with the amount of current in that circuit.
