Does a 1994 Jeep Cherokee engine, 6-cylinder, fuel injected, have an EGR valve or EGR solenoid?

Yes & No. I found the Gskt. for it but whether it's a "Sol." or not it's still a valve with either Vacuum or Electric activator. Pull it off & scrape clean then test function by applying either Vacuum or 12v. to it. It should Open & Close without a problem. Before putting it back, check passages for flow. John
