Are panty hose just out of style completely or just for summer. I want to wear a black and white a line skirt with a black sweater for New Year's. Panty hose or not?

If it is cold, I would wear pantyhose.

I wouldn't suggest the pantyhose. Just make sure you shave your legs and your outfit should look fine.

I suggest tights (opaque) with a texture. You'll be warm a look great.

As long as you're not wearing white shoes or sandals, I would wear them, and I would choose black ones. I prefer the look of the darker hose. But, that's just me and my personal opinion.

I think the outfit would look much better with panty hose or tights.

Do what ever you want. If you like your legs & they have a bit of color to them...no pany hose. If you don't like your legs, neon white (like mine), or chilly wear panty hose. If it's something formal wear pany hose, too. Oh, geezzz my well thought out response is to a very old question.....oh well. :)
