the ranger ext cab has 2 doors only! the V6 4wd should be able to pull the bayliner boat,HOWEVER make sure the truck has a receiver type hitch(removable type under the bumper)the ball on the bumper type is not secure enough.

2002 ford ranger 4x4. Driving in 2wd makes loud grinding clacking sound. \Quiet in 4wd. Worked fine. Now 4wd only reverse.

You're reading Im debating on buying a 1999 Ford Ranger extended cab 4x4 4.0 v6. I have a bayliner fiberglass boat will it pull it without hesitation?And do all Ranger extended cabs come with all doors opening,this is a plus. I've never owned one,give me some feedback..
