Sometimes,i make black coffee and i forget to drink, and after getting cold i put the cup into the micro-oven, but the hot coffee doesnt taste the same as before. why is it so?

Coffee is a very delicate beverage. The microwaves actually burn it...thus making it taste bitter and flat.

Coffee goes bad quickly. I make mine and pour it directly into a thermos. Sitting too long on the warmer or re-warming it is just...yucky.

You would be better off just drinking it cold at that point or brewing a new pot and remembering to drink it

Because first off, just sitting around the coffee gets stale and oxidizes so it's flavor is different. My mom actually loves coffee that has sat around an hour. I love fresh just brewed coffee as I find the peak flavor goes so quick. And then when you microwave it, you are exciting the molecules and super speeding them up to run up against each other when they already have the coffee flavor in the water. And that makes it bitter. When you made it, probably by dripping the water and coffee never were heated together, just the water.
