If you mean the Norse Iðunn then probably apples - she was the custodian of apples... (these apples in particular where thought to restore youth)... I think anyway, hope this helps.

An endless supply of golden apples. The gods of Asgard ate this magical fruit to keep them young and strong. When Iduna was captured along with her casket of apples by a giant, the gods began to grow old and week, so they sent Loki disguised as a bird to go and rescue her.
