Yes, law enforcement is on a witch hunt for drivers that have had a drink. They would rather throw the Bill of Rights in the crapper by setting up check points and making you prove your innocence. I guess it easier and more profitable to set up a check points than it is to prevent vandals or burglars from committing crimes or resolving unsolved crimes...

Yes, Pissed me off more than anything! They did however apologize after hauling me in and giving me a BAC test.

YES AND IT COST ME $175 TO GET MY CAR OUT 2 HOURS AFTER HE PULLED ME AND TOOK ME IN AT 1:00 AM COMING HOME FROM WORK AFTER DROPPING OFF MY CAR POOL RIDERS.

Yup! About 10 years ago I got really hungry after going out to a bar with my friends. I never drank alcohol just OJ. I stopped at McDonalds to get a Big Mac. As I was driving, I was trying to eat my Big mac and clean off the mess I was making so I kept on swerving into the other lane. The cop stopped me and had a good laugh...but I got a ticket for my expired tabs. Jerk!
