Is it illegal to sell cigars online in Canada? I`ve tried looking on Kijiji, Ebay, and BuySell, but nobody is selling them.

Try cigarettesforless.com i use them to buy cigarettes as they send to the UK,i know they have a US site so maybe they have one for Canada and they sell cigars...hope this helps.

I dont think it is illegal to buy them. But it is illegal to sell them without a license to do so.

I think the main reason they are not sold over the net is a result of they have no proof that the person buying is of legal age.
