How to make a green tea latte - I found the perfect recipe, one that is sweet like the one at Starbucks but low calorie and fat free too! In any event, I'll put in the caveat that this might just be to my personal taste as well. Basically, I use the WestSoy Non-Fat Vanilla Soy Milk brand and add this "Green Tea Latte" powder that they sell in asian markets (korean ones in particular). They are about 50 calories per packet, and all I need to use is half the packet because the vanilla in the soy milk adds half the sweetness already. If you go to Korean supermarkets, you'll see the green tea latte powder - its in english. :) Hope you all enjoy!

http://www.starbucksstore.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=623307 That is exactly what starbucks uses. The baristas use a power and they add the melon syrup (so I hear) by hand. The Tazo concentrate is good, just mix with milk (I like vanilla soy) and heat and whip if desired. Target, and other grocers sell this for about $3-4. There are a few other brands that make the same matcha concentrate.
