Do you sometimes avoid answering certain questions, because you don't feel like formulating and typing the well thought out answer that it would require (even though you might like to)?

Indeed, sometimes I even start an answer, and then just never finish it - I go back to the homepage or elsewhere on the net.

Yeah. I have my moments. I used to be addicted to Yahoo Answers, where bulk, not quality, is the name of the game. There, I was able to answer 1,000 questions a day because most of the time, I merely answered with a "yes" or "no." I doubt I would be able to answer that much here on Answerbag. In a way, I have brought with me to Answerbag my Yahoo Answers orientation. You're right in that sense, I tend to answer questions that are easy to answer because I would be able to answer more of them in such a short period of time. I'm trying to shake it off though.

No, if I do not feel like doing so when I first see the question then I hold off answering until I have the time/want to provide a "well thought out" answer. Or I don't answer it at all. I don't get the "beat the clock" mentality.
