Yes on both counts. They are called Krystal burgers in my area. They are pretty unique . . . you can't eat just one! My nephew challenged me to a Krystal burger eating contest when we were both quite young . . . well after 10 of 'em (they're tiny) he got sick and just recently was able to eat them again.
