Sounds like a bulb may be burned out. They make the flasher system do that (flash fast) so you know. Look at all the bulbs and make sure they all are working.

sometimes when itblinks really fast its to let ya know that 1 of the lights are out sometimes more

It's to let you know the signal switch is going to fail not the bulb! If you think its the bulb failing then do everyone a favor and don't ever be a mechanic for hire because you'll cost people money for items they don't need replacing!

sorry u didnt catch the easy answer i gave u listen close u might have a turn signal brake light burned out u need to replace it and it will quit blinking so fast it blinks fast to let u know that one of those bulbs are burned out the brake light or one of the turn signals which ever way ur gonna turn if one is faster than the other than that is the side that u need to check good luck if u dont get that than u need to take it to a shop
