All spark plugs, in all cars have to be somewhere in the engine block, and they must be easily accessible so just observe your engine block and you should have no problem locating them. 4-Cyl = 4 plugs, V6 = 6 plugs, V8 = 8 plugs, and so on....

Its a 93 Accord so it won't be hard at all. They are all up top in a row (and there are only 4)...easy as pie ;) Right near the oil fill. If that isn't helping, you can always find the distributor (hint: it's on the passenger side of the engine) and follow those 4 wires to the plugs up top.
