  • My best guess on this one is that it's because once you've been asleep, the body has slowed everything down and thus doesn't require fuel anymore right away.
  • it just means you were craving...and it went away...hmm other things can be done you know?
  • Your stomach and body chemistry changes during sleep. You may wake up "hungry", but not for the same thing you went to bed craving. You may go to bed with a high-protein food on your mind, but wake up wanting something high-energy.
