No. If you know anything about global warming, you'd know it doesn't happen instantly. The EPA estimates the average change in temperature will be between 2 and 11.5 degrees F over the next 100 years. If it is linear, which it might not be, that would mean that every year, the average temperature increases by .02 to .115 degrees.

No. Global warming does not just mean getting warmer across the board. It means stronger storms and changing weather patterns with a gradual increase in temperature that could have disaterous effects. Sea levels will rise, ocean currents may change and we will expereince stronger hurricanes and other extreme weather.
