    From both the inside and the outside? See if the lock / unlock manual lever will help. There are several rods in the door one for the inside handle, one for the outside one, one to unlock with the manual button/lever amd one for the power lock. Try all the combination to see if you can get it open. You might have to take the door panel off from the inside of the door to find your problem.
