Meaningful relationships can start anywhere, depending on the people involved.

I don't think one should automatically pass judgement on someone because they are in a sleazy bar seeing as how they are in that same sleazy bar. I don't see why a meaningful relationship could not begin in a sleazy bar, or anywhere else for that matter. Love is a very strange thing, kind of like stomach cramps and toe stumps, it's hard to prepare for them.

It totally depends on what the other person is drinking. If it's anything but sleazy, cheap beer, then forget it.
