blasphemy of the Spirit is rejecting the Baptism of the Spirt which occurs at the point of conversion. In other words if you have become a true Christian then you have accepted the Spirit, however, if you have not become a true Christian then you are guilty of blaspheming the Spirit because you are rejecting him as God.
