I've seen that feature on many websites. It's awesome. Alas, we do not have it here. (Yet.) It never hurts to submit a suggestion for it!

Yes. You can use your brain. I do it all the time! ;-) But as a site feature it is not available. I would never ignore a good question, whoever the asker. Anyway, people change and mostly to the best. Or get excluded.

You can delete them from your friends list or go to feedback and let the staff know whats going on and they will help you
