Various holes in the ground that you'd find traveling through Africa, China, Thailand. Literally. Holes in the ground. Takes great coordination if you're a woman, trust me;)

Not counting a few holes in Viet Nam, there was a rat-infested restroom at a convenience store in Atlanta that had a door that was kicked in and smelled so bad and had no TP, that I (correctly) decided to move on down to the next exit. (I should have taken a photo). Disgusting
