Me I just became a grandpa a few weeks back at 45 I don't know of anyone younger than me that is a grandpa or grandma.

One of my friends' mum gave birth to my friend when she was only 14, then my friend gave birth when she was 18. So the gran was 32yo, thats only 4 older than I am now! :O

I used to work with a gal who was 34, had a pregnant 15 year old, and she lived in the same house as her 51 year old mother, and her 68 year old grandmother. When the baby was born, 5 generations of women from this family lived in the same house, with oldest being 69 years old!

I had a friend who became a grandmother at the age of 36. And it wasn't a very happy occasion:-( Bad circumstances. But later things did get better. The baby was a delight, if just unexpected.
