I've been called pixie ever since I can remember cause I was always really thin and mischevious and somewhat easily distracted so I was the pixie of the family. I changed it to graduated because I'm more serious now, and I'm much better at staying focused. I'm still pixie, but I've moved to the next level.

Gracie comes from a nickname by best friend gave me. I told him a story of when I was a little girl and wanted to be a ballerina. I tried dancing for my mom and grandmother and tripped, hitting my head on the wall in front of me. My grandmother called me "Grace". When I told the story to my best friend, he thought it was funny and has called me Gracie whenever I do something silly.

Selah is sort of a difficult word to translate - it is generally looked upon as a prayer which ends a piece of music, an amen, if you will. My husband of blessed memory used it to end his email missives, and I adopted it as my soul's name, and my pen name upon his passing. Clearly, the Writes part describes me. I am a writer. It was all knowing Cooper for my Chihuahua that sits on my lap when I AB untill we where given the honor of being Ninjas then it became Ninja Cooper (that's also when he got his mask) The last bit changes now and then..
