Could it be low blood sugar?

I saw your other comment so it could very well be caffeine hitting your system. It could also be anything from sugar, nicotine, cold (haha for you, although it could be from AC), meds, etc. Sometimes drinking water will help balance/flush your system if it's from one of the first ones.

For me it means too much coffee or not enough alcohol.

too much coffee, not eating, or some medical reason. If this happens a lot and you know you are eating and not drinking too much caffine....then you probably should have a check up.

could mean a few things - you are cold. you are a recovering alcoholic and these are the 'D.T's' you are sitting ontop of a washing machine. you are over 90 years old. you have a toe in a light socket. you have just seen a scary monster and are scared.

This happens to me in the mornings sometimes...drinking even a small amount of coffee and not having anything to eat causes this for me. (also, having too big of a bong hit will do it for me...this is because pot can speed up heartrate and lower blood pressure)have something to eat.

For me Life. I was on a medication so that now even after being off for a long time when I get excited or upset my whole body shakes uncontrollably. I can't drive I can barely walk. And I can't hold anything. Sucks but mine was caused by this medication.

I am diabetic and when my blood sugar gets too low I shake and sometimes get the cold sweats. Hope this helps
